Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate A/P with CFO

  • Coordinate shipping

  • Assistance with document control for medical device documentation

  • General data entry

  • Coordination of events

  • Greeting of guests and customers

  • Receiving of shipments

  • Coordination of building maintenance and tenant needs for the building
